Six questions whose answers tell you who you are dealing with — and whether to continue.
The six questions
Has anyone on your team visited this project? Who pays your commission? When was this price last confirmed? Will you tell me if the unit sells? Can I see the contract before viewing? And which project would you not recommend to me, and why?

Anyone can praise. What separates people is whether they will tell you something is not right for you. If every project they mention is excellent, you are talking to a catalogue, not a consultant.
