What “consultancy” means here
Plenty of companies call themselves consultancies while actually selling whatever they hold. The difference here is simple, and you can hold us to it: we do not publish a unit until an expert on the team has visited it and reviewed the developer and the payment plan. Which means the catalogue in front of you is shorter than the market — deliberately.
Our income comes from the developer after a deal closes, not from you. So we gain nothing by pressing you to buy quickly, and we gain when you buy well and send someone else our way.
